Now Hiring Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping department
  • Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate activities with supervisor and other departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication
  • Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning of the department
  • Manage the selection, training, and development of employees with an eye toward maximum employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the Inn and Lodges to ensure adherence to cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:
  • Must have Hotel Housekeeping Supervisory experience for a minimum of two years
  • Must be able to perform cleaning duties when needed
  • Must be able to establish and maintain cost control systems for staffing, linen inventories and cleaning supplies
  • Must be available to work ANY day of the week, including weekends and Holidays
  • Must possess basic computer skills
  • Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screening
