For young singles, couples, and those with children
Come and experience Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Easter – all in one weekend! Join us for worship, workshops, and fun as we explore the feasts and festivals of the Christian year. From songs to seasonal stories, family rituals to community celebrations, the richness of the church year offers something for everyone.
Key Leaders
Laura Alary and Hugh Donnelly, Toronto, Canada; Laura holds a PH.D. in New Testament; teaches on-line courses in biblical interpretation and writes books for children; has a special interest in helping children worship and celebrate God through art and ritual and story. Hugh is Minister, Beaches Presbyterian Church; Chaplain to Toronto Fire Services; involved in worship, music, and recreation leadership at many events in Canada and the U.S. Laura and Hugh are the parents of Maggie and Iain.

Scholarships are available for this conference.
Cost for Housing & Meals
(due on or before September 22; after September 22, due upon receipt of written confirmation)
Rates are per person and include all room and meal charges for the entire conference (Saturday breakfast-Sunday lunch). No adjustments to package will be made except for extended stay. Meals for children 5-11: $23; under 5: no charge. No room charge for children under 12 in the same room with parent(s).

Registration/Child Care Information
Registration Friday evening 7-8 PM (no dinner served that night); first meal will be breakfast Saturday; last meal, lunch Sunday.
Childcare is available for this conference:

- Additional Child: $30
- Family Maximum: $100

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by September 22 in order to receive a full refund less a $25 service charge. Cancellations received after September 22, but on or before October 10, will receive a 50% refund of the conference fee and payments made toward room and meals charges (if applicable) less $40. No refunds will be issued after October 10. All requests must be in writing and received by email, fax or U.S. mail.
