A one-day seminar for clergy and lay Benefits Plan retirees, their spouses and survivors.

Join the Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) for a one-day education seminar about your retiree benefits and financial management. The Post-Retirement Seminar is designed for our clergy and lay Benefits Plan retirees, their spouses and survivors. A Board of Pensions Education Specialist will lead the seminar.

Seminar is scheduled for Thursday, August 20, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. You may choose to arrive in Montreat the night before and stay through breakfast on Friday.

Program Fee

There is no Board of Pensions seminar registration fee because the seminars are a Plan benefit. Participants must either be an active or inactive Plan member or the spouse of an active or inactive Plan member.

A Montreat “Miscellaneous Fee” of $10.00 per person covers the cost of breaks, copies, and other related expenses.

Cost for Housing and Meals

Rates include Wednesday and Thursday nights’ lodging, plus Wednesday supper through Friday breakfast. Additional charges will apply for any extended stay.

Assembly Inn

  • Single with private bath: $226 (member only)
  • Single with connecting bath: $188 (member only)
  • Double with private bath: $296 (member & spouse)
  • Double with connecting bath: $276 (member & spouse)

If you wish to stay at Assembly Inn, an additional $40 per person deposit is required to hold your room until arrival.
