Assembly Inn’s one-bedroom guest rooms have either one king bed, one queen bed, or two twin beds with a private bath. Some one-bedrooms can accommodate a complimentary air mattress (linens provided) for a third occupant. The two-bedroom one-bath suites have one queen bed on one side and two twin beds on the other with a shared bath between rooms. In addition, we offer a limited number of two-bedroom two-bath suites. Cribs are complimentary. No pets allowed. Standard guest rooms do not have TV’s, phones, refrigerators, or microwaves. WiFi is available in guest rooms and throughout the building. Breakfast will be served from 7:30am until 8:30am. You and those in your party will receive meal tickets upon check-in to present for breakfast. Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM.

- $89.75* per night for a one-bedroom with private bath
- $99.50* per night for a two-bedroom one-bath suite
- $109.25* per night for a two-bedroom two-bath suite
*Rooms subject to availability; all rates subject to NC state sales tax, as well as a community services fee of $1.00 per adult per night for public services provided by the Town and the fire district.
Your credit card will be charged for the total of your stay at the time of your reservation. A seven day cancellation notice is required for a full refund. If cancellation notice is three days prior to your arrival date, you will be charged for one night’s stay. If cancellation is less than three days, there will be no refund.
