Comprehensive Rates

If your commander is providing funds for you to attend in a TDY/TAD status, your credit card will be charged a registration fee, facilities fee, community services fee*, and room & meal charges for the service member totaling $553.00. All charges for your family will be billed to the council. You must provide credit card information when registering online, however, you may request that the military credit card be charged when the card is activated closer to the event date.

If your commander is NOT providing funds for you to attend in a TDY/TAD status, the registrar will MANUALLY adjust your charges after you register, and your credit card will ONLY be charged the registration fee of $100 instead of the full $553.00. All remaining charges for you and your family will be billed to the council.

*A community services fee of $1 per night per adult is charged for public services provided by the Town and the fire district.

Refund Policy

The $100 registration fee is non-refundable. All requests for cancellations must be in writing and received by Montreat via email, fax, or U.S. mail.

Child Care

Child Care

Child care and a youth program are available during the day. If you are bringing children who have NOT completed kindergarten yet, please note: Montreat Conference Center requires a copy of current immunization records and a medical form signed by the child’s doctor in order for your child to participate in our children’s program. These documents must be received prior to your child’s attendance. You may download the medical form now. (Children who have completed Kindergarten are not required to submit these forms.)

To register for childcare, on the registration form you must check the box marking that your children will be attending, and fill out the information boxes for your children.
