This intergenerational conference is for children, youth, adults, pastors, directors, organists, singers, ringers, worship leaders, and church members. All are welcome! The Presbyterian Association of Musicians (PAM) works in cooperation with Montreat Conference Center to offer two identical Worship and Music conferences each summer. Guided by the principles of Reformed worship, conferees explore opportunities for vital worship experiences and enriching the liturgical life of the local church.
There are two different weeks this program is offered:

Registration for this conference opens December 6, 2021. Housing reservations open September 1, 2021. There you will find conference rates and registration information as well as a list of classes and a schedule of activities.

Housing & Meals
Please note: Housing for Week 2 is FULL.
Rates for Assembly Inn, Winsborough, and Glen Rock Inn are per person and include all room charges (Sunday through Friday night) and meal charges (Sunday dinner through Saturday breakfast). No adjustments to package will be made except for extended stay.
Room check-in AFTER 3:00 pm on Sunday. Room check-out BEFORE 11:00 am on Saturday.

Paper Reservation Form
For you convenience, we will provide you a paper form to fill out and submit. Click here to download the paper form. If you are looking for expediency in your reservation, please use the button at the top of the page that says "Housing Reservation." Paper reservation forms must be submitted in the following ways:

Refunds for housing and meals will be awarded in the following ways:
- full refund if notice of cancellation is received on or before May 7;
- full refund less $40 if notice of cancellation is received after May 7, but before June 11;
- no refunds will be given after June 11.
All requests for refunds must be in writing and received by Montreat Conference Center via email, fax, or U.S. Mail.
Group housing is available for the 2022 season in select Montreat Conference Center lodges. Please contact Susan Akduman by emailing email@example.com for more details.
You may also choose to stay in a privately-owned facility or cottage. Montreat Conference Center is not responsible for the rental of these properties or the condition of the premises. Arrangements must be made by the renter, directly with the property owner/manager or realtor. You may request a private cottage list by emailing the conference registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Individuals commuting to this conference will need to make their own food accommodations. Please check out the Black Mountain Chamber of Commerce as well as our Business Patrons for a list of restaurants in Black Mountain. Walk-ins to Assembly Inn will not be accepted.

Conference Registration Check-in
Conference registration check-in is in Upper Anderson (above Anderson Auditorium) on Sunday, 2:00-5:30 pm, and continues following the opening worship service until 9:30 pm. Check-in continues on Monday at 7:45 am in the PAM/Worship and Music Office (Allen Building, lower level).
Housing Check-in: Housing check-in for Assembly Inn, Winsborough, and Glen Rock Inn is on Sunday after 3:00 pm at the front desk of Assembly Inn.
Conference Start: The conference begins with worship on Sunday at 7:30 pm.
Conference End: The conference ends on Friday evening following the closing concert which begins at 7:30 pm.
Housing Check-out: Housing check-out is on Saturday before 11:00 am.
Children younger than rising 4th graders may not register for the conference. However, Montreat's regular daytime childcare and recreation programs - Montreat Clubs - are available by pre-registration for children ages six months through high school. Childcare and Clubs fees are payable to Montreat Conference Center. Evening childcare is available at an additional charge. Registration is required for childcare, and space is limited. You must register at least 30 days in advance of the conference to guarantee enrollment in the program.
Details about registration for Clubs and Childcare will be available in late winter 2022.
