Board of Directors Attendance Submission


Please fill out this form or email Kathy Russ to confirm your Board of Directors/Trustees of Stock Meeting attendance.

Policy: Montreat will reimburse Board members for their reasonable and necessary transportation, food and lodging incurred while traveling on behalf of Montreat, and will pay for a Board member’s spouse’s reasonable and necessary cost of food and lodging incurred at Montreat. Board members driving their own vehicles will be reimbursed for their mileage at the rate per mile recognized by the IRS as reasonable or the lowest common carrier fare. Reimbursement for in-transit food and lodging is limited to $35.00 per day for food and $75.00 per day for lodging.

Please keep in mind that any expenses incurred in traveling to and from Montreat can be designated as a donation by completing an expense form and specifying the expenses as a donation.
