Agreement

I have read the entire “2023 Youth Conference Pre-Registration Form.” I understand the registration procedure. Deposits must be paid by 12/1 in order to receive the early bird discount. Rates will go up on 12/2. Additions made after 12/1 will be charged the rate in place at the time of the addition. I also understand that cancellations must be requested in writing 60 days prior to my conference in order to receive a refund less the non-refundable per-person deposit. No refunds after the 60-day deadline. I agree to pay the remainder of our total conference charges by April 1, 2023. I also understand that we will pay (or be billed) separately for our housing and meals.
