Whether you have attended the conference for years, or this is your first time, we hope that your conferenece experience is fruitful for you, and an opportunity to encounter God in many ways!Please read the instruction and FAQ below before registering. This Comprehensive rate includes conference, room, and meals. Early registration discounts are as follows:

|Between February 2 and March 1, 2020||$425.00|
|Between March 2 and April 1, 2020||$435.00|
|Between April 2 and May 1, 2020||$445.00|
|After May 1, 2020||$455.00|
This conference is limited. You must register all youth groups as a block using the 2020 Middle School Conference Registration Packet. There will be no registrations by phone. Please see the registration packet for cancellation details. If you need to make an addition or cancellation to your registration, please complete and mail or fax the Additions/Cancellations Form.
Groups will be housed in dorms on the campus of Maryville College. Dorm rooms have twin beds and mostly hall baths. All rooms are air-conditioned.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 per person (or full payment after May 15, 2020) must accompany your registration form in order to be processed. You may cancel participants by clicking the Register Now link at the top of the page, then selecting the Group Additions/Cancellation tab. Refunds requested prior to May 15, 2020 will be less the $100 non-refundable per person deposit. No refunds will be issued after May 15, 2020.
