We are excited to have you attend the Montreat Youth Conference. Whether you have been coming here for years, or are attending for the first time, we hope that you experience Montreat as we do — a place to encounter God in many ways!

Please read the instruction and FAQ below before registering. Changes have been made for the 2021 conference registration process.

Youth Conference check-in takes place at Upper Anderson Auditorium in Montreat from 3:00–7:00pm on the Sunday of your conference. Individual Registrants will check-in at the Assembly Inn Front Desk. There is no late registration.

Conference Fee

This rate is your conference fee only. It does not include housing or meals. Listed further down this page are rates for wristbands and for individual registrants not coming with a group. Wondering who you should register? Include the following:

  • Youth (rising high school freshman through graduated high school seniors)
  • College students (participating in work crew)
  • Adult leader(s) over 21 years of age (at least one adult per group is required)
  • Any additional adults who wish to participate in Small Groups

Housing

Housing is an important part of your experience during a Montreat Youth Conference. Lucky for you, we’ve listed the different housing options below. We’ve also provided prices for Montreat Conference Center and Montreat College housing on the next page. If you choose to stay in Montreat Conference Center housing, you may have the option to roll over reservations from year to year. All housing and meal costs are in addition to your conference fee. Housing is limited, so register now! The following housing options are available:

  • Montreat Conference Center Housing: Available facilities include Assembly Inn, Winsborough, and Glen Rock Inn.  Check the "Montreat Conference Center housing" box on your registration form and rank your choices.
    • Check-in: Check-in is at the Assembly Inn front desk. Check-in begins at 3:00pm. Pay your final balance at the front desk when you check in.
    • Rooming List: Your room assignment list must be mailed, faxed, or emailed to the conference registrar 30 days prior to your conference.
  • Montreat College Housing: Available facilities include Anderson, Howerton, and McGregor Dorms.  Check the "Montreat College housing" box on your registration form and rank your choices.
    • Check-in: Check-in is in Upper Anderson Auditorium during Youth Conference on-site registration.
    • Rooming List: Your room assignment list must be sent to Montreat College two weeks prior to your conference.
  • Private Housing: Make your own arrangements directly with a private cottage owner or rental agency. A small list of local houses and cottages can be found on our Other Housing page. A private cottager list can be acquired by contacting Hope Barker at hopeb@montreat.org.
