Middle School Conference Registration FAQ

We are excited to have you attend the Montreat Middle School Conference at Maryville College! Whether you have attended the conference for years, or this is your first time, we hope that your conferenece experience is fruitful for you, and an opportunity to encounter God in many ways!

Please read the instruction and FAQ below before registering. If you know what you're doing, you can go ahead and register!

Rates

This Comprehensive rate includes conference, room, and meals. The rate you pay per person is dictated by the date you register. A person registered later might pay a different rate than the rest of your group. Registration rates are as follows:

This conference is limited. You must register all youth groups as a block using the 2024 Middle School Conference Registration Packet or the online registration form. There will be no registrations by phone. Please see the registration packet for cancellation details. If you need to make an addition or cancellation to your registration, please complete and mail or fax the Additions/Cancellations Form or use the online registration form and choose "Additions/Cancellations".

Groups will be housed in dorms on the campus of Maryville College. Dorm rooms have twin beds and mostly hall baths. All rooms are air-conditioned.

Refund Policy

Registrations can be cancelled and receive a refund, minus the $100 non-refundable per person deposit, until 60 days before the start of the event, which for the Middle School Conference is May 18, 2024. No refunds will be issued within 60 days.

You will be receiving a confirmation email shortly after registering with the amount due on your conference registration. Depending on when you register, there is a discount. If you wait to register closer to the start of the Middle School Conference, the price will go up. The rates are in the table above, and are per person.

The balance on all conference fees are due by May 18, 2024. All conference fees must be paid in full in order to receive your Back Home Packet.

The 2024 Middle School Conference offers an excellent opportunity for Senior High students to develop leadership skills and to assist staff and leadership for a church-wide event. Work Crew will serve as gophers, equipment movers, recreation assistants, and basically help wherever needed. Work Crew applicants should be rising tenth graders through graduating seniors. Preference will be given to older youth and to those with more leadership experience. We will also seek a balance between those who have served before and those who have not. All Work Crew will stay together in dorms with planning team and leadership. No more than two Work Crew youth per church will be selected.

Any individual or group wishing to use the trademark/copyrighted name of “Montreat” or the Montreat logo on any t-shirts or clothing items needs to request approval from Montreat Conference Center.
