What Do We Mean When We Say “Sabbath?”
We frequently make use of the word “Sabbath” here at Montreat. But what do we mean when we talk about Sabbath? You might be familiar with the traditional use of the word, which refers to the seventh day of the week and is typically observed as a day of rest and worship for Jews and Christians.
